Kevin was the team lead and was very professional and pleasant. He and his team arrived around 9a ready to work. He checked with me to ensure that he understood what I needed, and they proceeded to work. They were finished in about 2.5 hours, and I walked around back to see how the bushes looked. I was pleased with how neatly cut they were and with how well the leaves had been removed from the entire lawn. All three gentlemen respectfully thanked me prior to leaving. "Daniel's Lawn Care has always done a great job with my landscaping. The shrubs and mulch always look great. I had two additional projects this year. One was an edging for the flower beds and the other was a patio. The edging of the flower beds is quite nice and made the beds look terrific. I know the project was tedious but the team always took their time and asked me my preferences along the way. The patio was a special project and I am thrilled with the final outcome. It is beautiful and professional looking. The owner, Brian, and his team were confident, knowledgeable, and caring from start to finish. They answered every question and explained things in detail as the project went on. During one phase of the project something happened beyond their control and they were quick to provide a solution and move forward. I also liked the materials and the methods used to make the patio. Joe didn't just throw down the polymer fill material and use a floor broom to fill in the between the bloc. He put the material down slowly, one bag at a time, and filled in the joints by hand with a hand broom. This made for a very professional and clean look to the last phase of the project. Joe and his team were meticulous and did not rush. Family visited a few days after the edging and patio were complete and were quite impressed by the look and quality of the work. "I cannot praise this company enough. Ron Dorr came out to do the estimate.  We had a limited budget so had the 8 trees  estimated separately by 2 other companies. (the total for removal of these same trees w stump grinding was significantly higher, so I had resigned myself to maybe only getting 1 or 2 trees removed at a time)
We do not use credit or financing, so we basically were getting a plan of action so we could save and only get the trees taken down as we saved the amount of money needed for 1 or 2 trees at a time.
Well, Ron asked our budget and I was sure there was no way they could remove the trees within our budget of $2,000, but they made it work.  Estimated the stump grinding separately and stayed within our budget.
I was so happy and thankful, they don't know it but I was tearing up.  You see we live by Christian financial concepts, paying off debts and not incurring new ones and they respected that!
Well, they came the next week at 9 am and worked all day!  Did a fabulous job on these gigantic trees, some right against fence and some between 2 fences and amazingly, no damage, wonderful cleanup and stump cut very low.  
Workers were friendly and highly skilled.  
I highly recommend this company and I will be using them in the future, including getting the stumps removed in a couple of months.

"I  hired Timber Care to remove and haul away a 42" round tulip poplar tree.  I was really nervous about this because the tree was so large and close to the house, they had to remove part of my fence as well.  My fears were put to rest when I saw them start to work, the lead fellow that did all the trimming was great he made it seem so easy and the crew that worked with him also.  It took them most of the day to do this. I would definitely hire them again and request the same crew.

The owner was responsive and expedient and met with me that same day to assess what I needed. John had impressive knowledge of plants growing on my landscape and how to care for them.
