", <br /> The whole experience really began late night of February 23, when our furnace stopped working, Air Serv took our call and Scott, one of their service men called back in a just a few minutes. After some consultation, we made the decision to have him come first thing on Sunday morning, He arrived around 8:15 and spent several hours working with our furnace, eventually involving Chris in the process. They were honest that given the age of the furnace, it's future was problematic. Eight days later it went out again, AireServ came back and tried very hard to revive the furnace, but given the problems, the only decision was to replace it. Their sales representative, Kurt, stopped by that afternoon, he made us aware of the range of furnaces we could choose from, the pros and cons of each and once the decision was made, he was able to insure that what we wanted was in stock and could be installed the next day. <br /> Drew and Ernie were at our door by 9 AM the following morning and at around 12:30, our new furnace was installed and working; by 1:15 the guys from Aire Serv had cleaned up their work area and were gone, leaving the area around the furnace as clean, if not cleaner than it was before they arrived. <br /> It is now one week later and the new furnace is quieter, more efficient and working without a hitch. <br /> I was impressed with every aspect of Aire Serv and it's people; their prices were reasonable and competitive, ever individual was knowledgeable, punctual, courteous and neat. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. <br />"

"It was under the other contract, it was much less, like a $120. They added extra features when they bumped it up, like if they had to come back and repair something you get 25% off. I told my son that he could use a head replacing his system in this horrible hot weather. I recommended them and they were quick to get there. They're very good about explaining what needs to be done. They left the area very clean."

They were above and beyond what others said in Angie's Listl When they couldn't come the day I wanted, the receptionist called me back and said she had gotten permission from the owner to bring in another service man so they could accommodate my request. The day of the cleaning, he was running late and I got a phone call to that affect. No problem. He came in about 15 minutes after the scheduled time, looked at the area needing cleaning and got to work. When he was finished I commented that it looked good, but freshly cleaned, still damp carpet always looks good. Was I wrong! Two weekends later, I am still amazed at how well he cleaned the carpet! <br /> On top if this, I received a thank you note from the owner expressing his gratitude for my business. I'm calling them back to clean more carpets and my bathroom tile. I can't wait. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I received my radon results in a timely manner. I did not hire them specifically, (so, I cannot say I would hire them again) the local company contracted them for this service. The home inspector I hired, handled this service for me and included the results in his report."

"Chambers Services is the company contracted to do warranty work by our local Lowe's. The ladies that did the scheduling in the office were very professional and gave us a date with am or pm service times available. Our tech, Scott, was personable and extremely conscious of keeping the work area tidy. He called about an hour prior to his arrival. He covered his shoes with disposable covers upon entering our home, and placed a mat in his work area to avoid scratching or marring the hardwood floors. Parts had to be ordered, and his return visits were handled in the same professional manner. He answered all my questions about the repair, and I would definitely recommend this company and this tech for future repair work. I've had other techs from other repair services stomp through the house with muddy shoes, scratch our floors, and leave the debris clean-up for me to do. Scott was so conscious of these issues and treated my home like it was his. Good job!"

She made the appointment then called the day before to confirm. Two guys showed up to do the job. They worked together well and got the job done quickly. I have also needed to use there restoration services after a fire, and theyu get an A there, too. Comparatively speaking, they are priced slightly higher than competitors, but they are definately well worth it!!!!"
