They always showed up when expected, worked around my schedule, were friendly, courteous and professional, and did quality work. All drop cloths, supplies and tools were removed from the job area each day and stowed away. A few of the workers did not have strong English, but they are very good at using smartphone translation software and there were no communication problems at all. Matt visited or followed up by phone or email on an ongoing basis. The only minor hitch was that the external tiling vendor sent a box of slightly warped shower tiles. This was corrected immediately with no inconvenience or added cost to me. The job quote was a bit of sticker shock initially but over time I realized you get what you pay for, especially after hearing about negative experiences friends have had with other home remodelers. Overall, very happy."
