"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"Don was very responsive and professional except when it came time to book the roof. He made it clear they weren't going to be covering any damages the roofers create, like stepping through sheetrock in the cieling. So I had to cancel the job, which I had already paid for the building permit that he requested I obtain for him. Pretty disappointed they don't cover their own damages which seems obvious would be their responsibility."

Showed up right on time. Sent me 40 pictures so I could see what was going on. Determined it was the missing brick mortar on top of the fireplace. We talked for a while, he offered to secure a tarp around it till I could get back in town for a very reasonable price. He also noticed a few shingles blown off garage and replaced those as well while he was there.
