However, the division that helps with landscaping and design was difficult to work with and hard to have scheduled. The landscape design person was supposed to come to our house 3 different times, rescheduling each time except the last time he just never called back. I gave up on having the design person come help us plan. I felt we spent a good amount of money during the summer, but I felt like we were just 'small business' to them in the way they acted- not very professional.  I did like the employees who came to perform the services with our landscaping; very nice, professional, and easy to work with. Sadly we would most likely use a different company, this company seems to be good but its not worth my time dealing with the 'office' staff."
