"Buffalo’s Best Roofing review by Mary Corio On Monday, October 20th, 2025 – I was abruptly awoken to the pinging of water drops bouncing off the pots and pans in my living room. They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn’t seen it was raining – but I heard! I thought someone was breaking in, but it was the **** roof again!! Raining in my living room – not good! I was crying as much as it was dripping! I was getting more and more frustrated, had many people coming to help and give me prices, but as the old saying goes: “Action speaks louder than words”, and they just never really followed through or showed up. I was desperate. It just so happened, by some random stroke of luck, I had scheduled an appointment that very morning with Joe White, salesman for Buffalo’s Best. I was simply curious about them. Joe came in to see exactly what and where my issue was and knew it needed to be fixed sooner than later. Everyone told me to get more estimates on the job, but I felt Joe’s price was fair for what I needed and the reviews I read were encouraging. Joe gave me hope and I trusted him, and so I said “Let’s please just Git-R-Done” …. On Monday, October 27th, an amazing ‘team’ showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D’Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn’t around on my street that day – they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo’s Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It’s not like doing business with a business, it’s like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof! I’m so appreciative to Buffalo’s Best Roofing that I’m definitely going to get prices for new windows and doors come spring. Why not? Any company that treats their customers with such dignity and respect – from the office staff to the field laborers – has my repeated business. Lucky for us it stopped snowing just long enough for them to do what they do. They were efficient, fast, and did an excellent job. The roof no longer leaks and we are so happy! "Anthony was absolutely amazing from WNY Roofing. His professionalism could not be out done. He was very responsive, professional and helpful throughout the process. He was extremely flexible in his scheduling to have my roof completed. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a roof repaired, or replaced, as he is very reasonable and his company did a fantastic job on ripping off the 2 layers I had on, as well as replacing some wood planks that were damaged and putting the new roof on. He also fixed an area around my chimney that had not been roofed properly by the company that had put my roof on several years back, and at no additional cost. It looks great and their cleanup afterwards was meticulous, as well as the steps they took to protect my landscaping during the process. As a side note I wanted to mention, I had elected not to replace my gutters at the time and they mistakenly dented one area of the gutter, but replaced the entire section without any questions asked and were very professional throughout the process. As good of a job as they did on the roof, I need to also recommend Anthony highly due the assistance he provided in his suggestion when I was having difficulty with my Insurance Company. My Insurance company would not approve replacing my roof, even after 3 different roofing companies had said the entire roof needed to be replaced. They only wanted to approve one small area after I had fought with them over the issue for several months. I wish I had gone to Anthony first, as he not only was always very professional and timely with the job that his company performed, he also provided me critical assistance and a recommendation, that even though it took time, resulted in the Insurance company being forced to pay for the entire roof replacement. His suggestion was key in getting this approved and I highly recommend asking him about it if you have difficulty with your insurance company. This is the one company I will recommend from now on, for any roofing needs you may have. Thank you so much Anthony!"

"Work went very well and beyond my expectations. Excellent workmanship and corning ware shingles and material used for roof replacement on house and garage. Tom and crew were very diligent, neat and comprehensive about their work. They worked in inclement weather and ensure completion of work without any delays. Tom was very responsive beginning with the estimate, throughout and until the completion of the work. Tom is very personable and professional and kept me apprised of all phases of the work. "It went perfect. Communication was excellent, I knew when they where coming, approx how much of the roof they where working on, and how long to finish. There was NO vulgarity at all during there time at my house. They where very professional. Price was far better than any other company that I had gotten quotes from. The work was completed in 2 days, they ran nail finder around the house and driveway, and there where none left after they left, also the extra material was left for me. Bradon also called about a month after the installation to make sure we where happy with the work. I would recommend this company."

"Kris was performing an estimate for our neighbor and when asked, came over to take a look at our roof that had been damaged in the Spring hailstorm. Within a few days he was back with the estimate for the roof which included shingles, gutters, leaf guards and more. We got ambitious and decided to go for residing the house and he included that in the estimate as well. The siding had to be ordered and Kris kept in contact throughout that waiting period and as soon as it was ready, his crew went to work. They were there promptly in the morning and worked throughout 3 days to complete the job. His crew was very polite when asking our opinions on certain things. When the work was done, the clean-up was wonderful. We were very fortunate to have Kris handle this job since once we had the insurance approval; we weren’t sure where to look for a contractor. The house looks completely different and new and last night’s wind/rain storm was a great test of the workmanship!
