I was still living in my old house which was about 4 hours away, this was not a problem. They were able to take notes over the phone and when they went out to the house they were able to figure out what I needed. The quote actually came about 3 dqays later than what I was told on the phone, but this was right around Christmas so I completely understand that. They Gave me a bid of $9800.00. They were the highest bid of the 6 I got. They also said that the digging would be considered HARD DIG, which attributed to the high price. I decieded to go with another company, and it turned out that NONE of the digging was considered HARD. <br />"
