"My neighbor hired this company to install a new fence around their entire backyard and to remove the old fence. Our neighbors rent their house out so they were not there when the fence was installed. I own the house on one side of theirs and I was at home during the install. The crew did not appear to speak to english when I tried to talk to them, I cautioned them several times about places the heavy debri on top of the owners drainage system and I was ignored. The workers also came into MY backyard without asking permission, They were using my gate to enter and leave my yard and have broken the gate. It no longer latches shut. In addition, they removed at least some of the old posts by sawing them and leaving the remains in the ground and just digging new holes for the post. This has caused a huge issue for me as the owner of the house nextdoor. Our lots are on a hill and now all the yard debri is actually washing thru the fence into my yard. The holes from the original fence were never filled in and the concrete that was poured for the new post is all over my yard. My dry river bed now needs to be repaired as a result of this company (it is adjacent to the fence). I have reached out to the company and provided pictures and they have not gotten back to me. I am very upset that I am going to have to pay money to have my yard and gate fixed due to a fence that this company installed on my neighbors yard. Bewarned about the crews that this company employees and their lack of caring about your personal property or your neighbors. Update: After posting the initial review, the owner reached out to me. He came out with a crew and fixed the fence gate. They said the lawn issues are due to settling (the yards are on a hill) and I would need to contact the owner of the house or just fix that myself."

The price quoted was fair and reasonable compared to other quotes we received but the quality and type of both the porch and fence was definitely above par by comparison. "Tracey is a great front person to work with for estimating and scheduling the work. She was reachable, responsive and caring. Projects involved 1) opening an entry from hallway to bathroom and installing a door (that was a major project), 2) converting a walking closet to a den including patching up the walls and the carpet, and adding a power outlet, 3) installing a ceiling light fixture in family room, 4) fixing a couple of bedroom doors, 5) painting a few areas, and 6) installing a dimmer switch. Hugo, Tuan and Jeremy showed up on time. They were highly professional, personable, caring, and very pleasant to work with. They worked on the above projects at the same time and after one and a half days, the place looked great. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure all issues are addressed. We were very happy with the outcome and will definitely hire them again."

"Jordan, Justin and Dennis arrived on time and ready to go.  They called me in advance to confirm the arrival time.  These three young men were courteous, professional, thorough and hard working.  They never took a break.  They patiently helped my husband reassemble the sleeper sofa once it was downstairs, then wrapped it and loaded it on the truck.  They were very careful in handling the furniture and boxes of kitchen items including china, crystal and mirrors.  Nothing was broken.  There was no damage to anything in the town home which is only about a year old.  These young me were pleasant to work with. They did everything I asked them to do, even rearranging items in storage to my own satisfaction.  They finished the job by making sure the storage door closed without damaging anything and assisted in locking it up.  I will definitely hire them again when it's time to move everything out of storage.  I am happy to recommend them to others looking for a simple, local move.  Bear in mind, they don't pack anything into boxes, but they will wrap the furniture in blankets and use the plastic wrap as needed or requested.  I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the move and the price was exceptionally reasonable.  I received one other estimate and it was going to be $420.-- - $540.00.  I also have to note that their online application process was user friendly and convenient.  I asked for email communications and Tim was very responsive by email."

"My husband contacted the insurance company for the claim and inspection. My husbands co-worker recommended EA Roofing and Siding. They had nothing but praise for EA Roofing and Siding.
 We called and spoke with TJ with EA Roofing and Siding  and gave him the inspectors name and number. He coordinated with  inspector. The insurance claim was approved.  The work required three separate teams of expertise which was efficiently coordinated by TJ.  
 
The roofing materials were ordered and delivered within the week of the insurance companies approval. TJ was experienced working with the insurance companies process and payment policy. The roofing workers were scheduled the next week. They showed up at 9 AM as scheduled and worked thru the day until almost 9 PM and the roof was completed. The removal of the old roof is very messy but the property was spotless when the crew left.
 The next order was for the shutter replacement and siding repair. The workers showed up on time and work was completed and again property left neat.
The next order was for interior painting and again the crew showed up at time we were told and completed the work within the day and departed with the property clean.
 We had never had to have this size of a project done before, so you are little apprehensive but working with TJ's professionalism, organizational and communication skills effected a professional, efficient and quality of workmanship. A job well done and to be proud of.

"They initially scheduled the project for the week of November 28, 2016. I requested a 20x9 deck to be built. They stated that they wouldn't complete the entire deck in a week but would at least finish the framing. They did not complete the 2-hour onsite visit as stated in the deal. He visited the house for approximately 15 minutes. She stated later that the 2-hours would include time he worked on the deck plan and would include time spent on providing me a list of items needed for the deck. However, the list provided to me was not sufficient. It included less than 10 boards and only 2 bags of cement. One person came out to dig the foundation holes on November 28, 2016. He stated it took him five hours to dig four holes. After receiving approval of the foundation holes by the inspector, I was advised that due to weather conditions (rain or cold) they couldn't come out for another few days. They came out during the week of December 5, 2016. The workers advised me they couldn't complete a 20x9 feet deck, it had to be a 20x10 feet deck. So I asked them and the person doing the schedule why wasn't this mentioned before, and I didn't receive a good answer. I went ahead and changed the size and obtained approval by the HOA and the county. They put us on the schedule for December 20, 2016. On the morning of the 20th I received notice that they couldn't come out because it was too cold for cement. My partner called and complained to them and asked them to have someone come out at some point during the day. They agreed to send someone later in the day. The guys showed up at 2:15pm and worked for about two hours. The next day two other guys showed up to build the framing. During day one they put up approximately eight boards. The second day they were working and they said the deck was going to be too long. They stated it would be over 20 feet by a couple of inches. At this point, I advised them to do what they could to complete the framing. Because I did not feel as though I was getting good effort on their part. The framing was not approved by the county because the posts were too far apart. Now I need the posts to be moved or a new post to be put in. (I prefer putting in a new post.) I have already purchased the 20 feet deck boards. And I do not intend to go back to the HOA and the county to change my approval again. After this process I decided not to hire them to complete the deck."
