"Mr. Menendez's crew arrived on time and prepared for work. I had two old wooden exterior columns that had been dry rotting. The crew replaced the columns with a custom PVC wrap. The columns were securely installed to ensure no future water or termite damage. Next, the crew primed my exterior mouldings, my rusted railings, and the awning above the porch, all of which were over 20 years old, rusted, and a huge eyesore. The following day, the crew returned to complete painting, reinstallation of the railings, and the final touch which was painting my security door and my front door! They provided new screws for the railing and painted my front door blue--- both of which were complentry to the work I paid for."

They isolated the kitchen with plastic lining to make sure their sanding and paint fumes were contained, put paint clothes everywhere and were very respectful of my home. "This company did an excellent job.  House, patio, step and walkway all look 100% better.  I was amazed at how clean they got the patio because it was extremely dirty, much more so than the house.  I was given an appointment for the following week the same  day I called them, which is significant to me since the other company I tried to use would not give me an appointment, telling me they would call the day before the service was to be performed.  The staff contacted me on the day of the appointment to let me know they would be postponing my appointment time to a little later in the day due to the sudden cold temperature change the night before which continued into the next morning when the work was scheduled to be done.  By the time I arrived at the house after work, the job was completed.  They did not damage any of the window or door screens and the yard was the same as before they came, i.e., no water or cleaning solution all over the place.  Also, their billing process was very convenient for me since I no longer live in the house; they sent the invoice via email and allowed me to mail the payment to them.
I highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future when needed.

"I have had Robert and his team in here before and they did a great job. So when I had another painting need, I called them first. The team leader, Lloyd, did a great job. His attention to detail and concern for getting it right was laudable. I loved his way of excitedly telling me all he had to do to get around problems. He cared about quality. He also did a lovely job on the 2 spots in another bedroom which were not even part of the project. I have had so people do work here recently and I have to point out all the problems. Then I find more problems after they leave. It was gratifying to have someone get it all right the first time."
