They just recently quoted me again and knocked like 90 dollars off and they are still way too high. I know that it was a special and maybe not the ongoing rate but either way it was very good."

The house is not large but the amount of repair and pointing was extensive. Quinn Brothers was selected for the work from a short list of competitors whose cost estimates were similar. Quinn Brothers was selected because Patrick Quinn spent the most time familiarizing himself with the project and making suggestions about options. The quality of work Quinn Brothers did is top-notch. The crew worked steadily and the job was completed in the timeframe promised. Communications were excellent throughout the project, with prompt notices from Patrick about how the job was progressing and prompt responses to my texts. More masonry work is needed at the house and Quinn Brothers will be doing that work, too."

"Fantastic! There was such overgrowth in my yard due to my husband's illness starting a year ago. My whole yard hadn't had more than a mowing during that time (luckily twice a month by a neighbor). The landscaping team came out and totally straightened my yard over the course of about 6 hours. I was astounded at the yard that existed below all the mess. They cleaned up piles of leaves I couldn't get to and vines that had crawled up the chain linked fence. The place looks great! I even called and let the office know how happy I am! I will be setting up a maintenance visit for every 2 months...I want to keep it looking as nice as it does. I only wish I had gotten before pics to compare it to."
