"Very friendly and responsive. They did quality work fixing our backyard drainage issue. They installed a deep drainage system near the house and then another water collection site away from the house with pipe. They threw in another means of drainage for free and although that part of the lawn is slightly indented, it's covered up w dirt/hay and seeded for grass. If we require similar services again we'll be calling Fast Lane Trucking."

"My lawn man for 15 years could not trim shrubs or azaleas any longer and the briars and weeds were taking over. I had tried a couple other local guys and when they showed up really didn’t want to work even after they got paid to drive 20 miles each way. I then changed and including my yard. Lee did a terrific job and all looks great. I look forward to working with him for many years."

"Bobby always responds quickly and does a meticulous job mowing and trimming our yard."

"They were very nice and hard working."

"Provider was on time and gave a rough estimate of the time it would take for the job and was done within 10 minutes of that estimation. Very courteous, polite and willing to work with customers to ensure a good job no matter the size, location or other factors related to the job. Reasonably priced for the size of yard and for what was done including a thorough yet quick cleanup afterwards. Provider offered recommendations on ideal time frames for future visits and proper upkeep between visits. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, dependable and hard working lawn care service and look forward to future business with them."

"Great Company, very professional with outstanding customer service! Not only did they make our property beautiful, they also sprayed for insects which was a tremendous help to our family as we spend a lot of time outside."

"I have used the services of John Adams/101 Building Services for my home and had great results.  Our church needed some exterior repair and I asked John to give us an estimate for the work.  After I received his estimate we met at the church and discussed exactly what needed to be done.
John not only did a quality job for each of the tasks on the list, he noticed some additional related items that needed work and, after checking with me, repaired those also.  For example, he powerwashed much more than the portico and steps that we contracted for.  While he had his gear hooked up, he also power washed the front walkway and back entryway.  He also repaired damage to two additional windows.
We have a small church with a limited budget.  John refused to accept any more in payment than what was initially agreed.  He said the additional work was his gift to the church.  Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality of John's work and appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile.
