"Sean was a dream to work with, his communication is second to none. We hired Footprints to replace carpet and add vinyl plank flooring. Crew was amazing fast, neat and friendly. Sean made sure we were completely satisfied. We hired him to do our first level the next week, and we are so happy with the results."

"Great service !!!!! Job well done !!!!!! Great Company !!!!!!!"

"I can't say enough good things about this builder. He did a complete rehab on a home I had the pleasure of renting. He completely transformed it into a beautiful, comfortable and well thought out place to live. The quality of the rehab really stood out. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing things the right way, not just making a house look good on the surface. The custom trim, tile work and hardwood floors were especially impressive and added a unique, high quality touch throughout the home. Everything was, clean, updated and finished with great attention to detail. As a landlord and builder, he was also great to work with, professional, responsive and respectful. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who takes pride in his work and delivers excellent craftsmanship."

"Great price. Showed up on time. Great communication. Expert installation with no issues. Couldn't be happier. Hope to hire him for more projects."

"Mike Tran and his team are terrific. They did exactly what we discussed in the time frame expected, were polite and professional and stuck with the original estimate. You won't go wrong hiring them!"

"Cleber is an amazing contractor who takes great pride in his work! Upon his punctual arrival to scope the project effort and provide an estimate, I explained to Cleber I had difficulties with a previous contractor and was now in a race against time as weâ re expecting our first child any day now. I gave him a target date and he assured me he would do everything he could to fit me in and complete the project before the proposed target. The quote he provided was competitive, and after considering the level of service I received, I somewhat consider it a bargain. Cleber was very responsive whenever I reached out to him, and he was patient with me whenever I had questions or minor change requests. The work he did was fantastic, specifically the entryway stairs where he supported my request for an unorthodox installation method that turned out great. The end result was a beautiful improvement to our condo that was completed two days before the expressed due date. Hi highly recommend A+ Flooring and plan on working with Cleber again on future projects."
