From start to finish Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads proved why they are consistently rated the highest of all roofing companies in our area. Our initial call was with Heather who was very welcoming and patiently answered all of our questions. From there, Jeremy came out to look at our roof and provided us with a well rounded list of options for both price and quality for us to chose from. We were so taken with how professional this process started out that we looked no further for estimates. This was our contractor. Roof installation was flawless! We were told to expect crews at our home at 7 a.m. They pulled up at exactly that time and worked tirelessly, in 104 degree heat, to complete the job. The crew was extremely professional and they were a happy crew! So important when you have anyone working on your home is that they are happy. Our home and flowerbeds were protected by tarps and they had someone constantly making certain that any roofing materials (old shingles, nails, paper) were quickly collected and properly disposed of. Our yard was cleaner when they left! Communication was seamless throughout the entire process. Every question answered. Every phone call returned. I can wholeheartedly recommend Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads to anyone looking to replace their roof or to have them do any work on their home."

"I highly recommend W.T Anderson for any roofing need for the follow reason. The five member roofing crew arrived early Monday morning and began to go to work. The on-sight supervisor introduced herself and provided me with her phone in case I had questions or concerns. Every team member was assigned a task and worked efficiently with little wasted effort. The team remained focus on the job at hand even when the sight supervisor was not present (which was not often or long). The company’s owner made sure to visit the sight throughout the day. His enthusiasm and positivity for the job was mirrored by all at the job sight. The job consisted of removal of 2 layers of shingles, remove and re-install 3 Solar Tubes, replace 3 vent covers (2 bathroom and 1 kitchen), installed 3 Easy Sleeve pipe flashing (a product I recommend, made by a local Virginia company), replacing of 11 sheets of roof sheathing (a lot of water damage during the 30+ years since the first layer was installed, not surprised), installed Weather Watch leak barrier along eaves, rakes, around chimney and all roof penetrations, install underlayment and finally the shingles. I was expecting the job to take 2 days (especially after the water damage was found). However, the job was done in one day and the dumpster was picked up the next day. I cannot express how impressed I am with the thoroughness with which the clean-up was done. I climbed on the roof and inspected the work I was quite pleased with the overall job. I did find one discrepancy (one of the Easy Sleeves was installed incorrectly). Once the company was informed the owner can out the next day to see for himself. He tried to fix it right then and there, but was unable to. The next day the crew was out to remove and replace (with new material) the Easy Sleeve. I am absolutely happy that I chose W.T Anderson for my roofing project. Although their quote was not the lowest, the combination of good reviews and the positive impression I had after the owner’s visit to formulate a bid was central in the selection (I had four roofing quotes). They were very responsive during the whole process (bid, work and follow up) and I would highly recommend them."

"Dave at Princess Anne Contracting is personable and professional; certified and ethical. A few months ago, I had a small roof leak after a storm. I had contacted a different company and they tried to take advantage of me. The dishonest company quoted me $7,000 and said the back half of the roof needed to be replaced. I knew this was false because I had a home inspection two months earlier and the inspector said the roof had several years left. I contacted Princess Anne Contracting based on a neighbor’s recommendation. Dave promptly came out and quickly identified the problem - a small piece of flashing had come loose. Dave immediately fixed the flashing, also fixed a shingle he noticed was coming loose and even cleaned out a gutter that he noticed had some debris in it. It only cost $125. Dave saved me $7,000 dollars that the unethical company tried to charge. Dave assured me that the roof still had several years before it needed to be replaced. And, I’m happy to say that several months later, Dave’s repair held up like a champ while the remnants of Hurricane Ian passed through last night! Quality work at an affordable price. I highly recommend Princess Anne Contracting!"

"At last, I came across Quality Builders. Mike came out, was very thorough, and was extremely friendly. He helped me explore all my options and gave me multiple quotes so I could decide which option was the best fit for my budget. "I first utilized HCR in the August/September time frame. The sales rep., Robin was very pleasant. She did not come off as a high pressure sales person. We engaged in conversation. Her demo of windows was great. I placed an order an order for nine (9) windows to be installed. Due to the supply chain shortage, I did not receive my product and installation until January. Robin had apprised me of this delay upon our initial meeting. The installers were punctual and worked diligently. They installed the windows in one day. I did observe a rip in one of the screens. I placed a call to HCR to inform them of my observation. They said they would replace the screen, which they did in a very timely fashion. I reached out to Robin in September 2022, as I was ready to commence installation of the remainder of the windows, which in total was twelve (12). Robin arrived at my residence. She did the demo and I signed for the purchase. The targeted date for installation was set. There was a brief delay due to the type of living room windows I have - palladium and they are in two pieces. I received a call on or about January 16/17, 2023, apprising me that my windows are in. I set a date for installation - January 24, 2023, with a window of arrival time between 8-11 a.m. The four installers arrived @ 8:30. The immediately commenced to work. They put down a heavy covering for the floors and went at it until completion @ about4ish. I am extremely satisfied with HCR. As you can see, I am a “repeat” customer. I highly recommend them. I saw in one review someone said that they use unlicensed installers. Like any company, they have to go through extensive training and most individuals are not very knowledgeable about their job. They receive training ."

"We hired United Exteriors, LLC for a small roofing job replacing roof fans, Bill Johnson came by to survey work I needed, and made several recommendations about our roof that needed to be addressed. He offered us a reasonable quote to install a cricket , fix some flashing, as well as the roof fans I needed replaced. He was able to do the job within a week, which took about, 1/2 a day to complete. He was also able to match the color of our existing roof shingles. The finished job looks awesome. Overall, I was impressed, especially after calling other companies that would not take the job or stated that I would have had to buy their fans to do the work. I would highly recommend them and use them again if needed."
