"Dave at Princess Anne Contracting is personable and professional; certified and ethical. A few months ago, I had a small roof leak after a storm. I had contacted a different company and they tried to take advantage of me. The dishonest company quoted me $7,000 and said the back half of the roof needed to be replaced. I knew this was false because I had a home inspection two months earlier and the inspector said the roof had several years left. I contacted Princess Anne Contracting based on a neighbor’s recommendation. Dave promptly came out and quickly identified the problem - a small piece of flashing had come loose. Dave immediately fixed the flashing, also fixed a shingle he noticed was coming loose and even cleaned out a gutter that he noticed had some debris in it. It only cost $125. Dave saved me $7,000 dollars that the unethical company tried to charge. Dave assured me that the roof still had several years before it needed to be replaced. And, I’m happy to say that several months later, Dave’s repair held up like a champ while the remnants of Hurricane Ian passed through last night! Quality work at an affordable price. I highly recommend Princess Anne Contracting!"

"Everything went smoothly. They were on time. Worked very efficiently. They also included our shed roof in the price. They were the best quote we got for the work we wanted done. There was no mess left behind. The roof looks great. My husband and I were so pleased with the roof that we had them come back out several weeks later to put new gutters on the house."

"They did the original roof 6 years ago. Selling our house. Home inspector found tons of issues. Called Quality. They came out quick, walked the roof and found no issues. They could have charged me a ton of money for repairs that weren't needed. This is what I call integrity. Great company."

"They were prompt did a good job my roof looks great"

"Don’s Roofing is the best and I recommend them to all my clients. Fast, on time, reliable, and great prices. What more could you ask for!"

"Absolutely amazing... from the roofing estimate (site survey, drone pictures, two detailed estimates), to the office support (roof color addresses, scheduling), to the installation team (on time arrival, landscape/pool netting protection, daily clean-up, roof repair/installation, final inspection) I have only positive comments and thanks for the Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads team. I highly recommend RSHR for any roofing job. A special thanks to Jeremy Carroll, Joshua Carlson and Cristle Barnett"

"After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining. He was at my house within the hour up on the roof and fixed the leak. I havent had any leaks since. I would hire Brain the Subcontractor again."

"Did a timely inspection, replaced blown off fascia covering, repaired several slate roof slate and cleaned gutters at Trinity Lutheran Church. Could not reach the office but called the owner with an immediate response. Well done"

"Everything went great. They started and finished when expected. Friendly and professional. New roof looks great."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. I definitely recommend No More Dirty Roofs to any home owner needing roof cleaning."
