"The owner, Jordan, was on time. He reviewed the situation and proceeded to test the wiring to determine what was needed to correct the complex problem. He did not waste time, went right to work and efficiently installed junction boxes and additional wiring where needed. He worked with obvious professional experienced confidence. His pricing was as he explained prior to doing the work. I could not be more satisfied with the job that was done. I highly recommend LVR Electric. John Cianciolo"

"Owner showed up on a Saturday ( day off) and did the work as he knew we were in a jam. Not only did he repair the wiring he went above and beyond and fixed some other issues. Was very personable and explained everything he was doing. Price was great. I would Highly Recommend Accurate Electrical which is something XI normally don’t do. Would definitely use them again"

"Unfortunately the brand new fans (right out of the box) did not work properly. Kosta, the owner, then explained it was because the fans were only capable of operating at one speed, low. This was not the case as the fans had multiple speeds as we later found out when paying yet again, to have the fans properly installed. (Now they world on all five speeds.) Kosta did not do the work properly. In addition, the outside timer was also improperly installed rendering it useless. Worse, even though he didn't know how to set the timer he proceeded to install it anyway with a non-trivial charge. The only properly installed work was 2 electrical outlets. The cost for all the mistake and poorly done work was exorbitant -- and that was before the additional cost to hire someone to do the work correctly. Consumer beware."

"Tremendous! I highly recommend them. Father and Son worked from sun-up to sun-down. This was not an easy job. This was a complete upgrade circuit box, meter, new grounded, and a host of safety concerns. They like a challenge The quality of the work - second to none. Everyone else is an "also ran." Work is neat, clean, and professional; much of the work needed on-site customizing. All done in one day. Don't bother getting bids, Pace is the best and a great value."

"Andre was punctual and professional. He was also a CHAMP---just minutes into the job he uncovered a bee's nest and was stung several times (a real risk when up high on a ladder). Rather than take a break, complain or even pack it up to go, he asked for bug spray, sprayed the nest and charged ahead, all with a smile. I cannot say enough good things about this true PRO. Thank you, CTGutterPro!"

"Transitioning my 15 year-old Sonos S1 system to a current Sonos S2 system proved to be much more difficult than anyone thought; due to Apple compatibility issues between its legacy iTunes system and it's more current Apple Music, there proved to be no known straight line path to bringing over my many iTunes playlists and library. Jeffery demonstrated excellent knowledge in, first, working with Apple tech support to try and solve this and, second, when tech support failed, he stuck with it and problem-solved his way to a solution. I was happily impressed with Jeff's ability to get this done."

"Unfortunately I give BBB a 1 star rating. The project began October of 2021 with demolition, upon completion of each phase I sent an email to Better Built Basement management thanking them for their work effort and identifying items that either required further explanation and/or resolution. As the project went on, I became increasingly frustrated with their lack of communication, lack of accountability, lack of caring, and lack of skill. The straw that broke my back was when Jim (an owner) called me a f’ing c’sucker. Randy, (an owner) sent me the following email: No one has time to read your 3-page condensing e-mails. You have done nothing but complaint. It's obnoxious and draining to everyone you come in contact with. There isn't one person who cant wait to have you out of our lives. I terminated Better Built Basements on June 7th, 2022, here are some of the details of my experience: - The demo crew was excellent in and out in a day and did a great job cleaning up - The electricians were very consultative in their approach to the project, providing input on lighting and outlet placements. - Framing was mediocre. Despite using laser equipment, one wall was wavy and the ceiling grid has a large gap. Pictures attached. - New steel stud framing and pre-hung doors should be dead on straight as an arrow instead, two of the doors has an aesthetically noticeable skew. - The replacement to an existing door resulted in using the wrong hinge set for the existing mortices, inclusive of color – all the other hardware is brass they used chrome. Picture attached. - 3 of the four doors were either chipped or cracked. BBB was notified before the ‘final’ paint job, but they failed to address the issue. - I returned home the day they applied joint compound to find glops of joint compound on the floor, which I tracked around my house, and glops on wood work on a floor where no work was occurring. Pictures attached - Following the flooring installation, they left garbage in my basement for 2.5 weeks, then did not take it when they came back – in frustration I disposed of it myself. - Many of joints on the ¼ round trim molding were caulked excessively to cover up sloppy miters. - Cracked switchhplate was not replaced. Picture attached. - Sub-contractors have sub-contractors, who seem to be able to sub contract – direct employees of BBB other than the demo and electrical were rare. BBB demands using a lock box, Many people have the combination, providing little sense of security over access to the home. Overall, BBB does a bad job communicating, managing expectations and fails to deliver on their stated objectives at best they are contractors not craftsman."
