"I had a wiring problem with my landline and the whole process was pretty easy, from scheduling an appointment, to speaking with customer service, to the repair. When the technician came to do the repair it took longer than he expected to find the problem, but he explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. He made the repair and everything appeared to be working, but after he left, I discovered a hum on the line. I called customer service and since the technician was still in the area, he was able to come back within an hour and fixed the hum in 10 minutes. Everything is working great now."

"Jeremy came the evening of the day I called him accommodating my schedule. It wasn't even an emergency, at least I didn't think it was. I called for a cleaning but he immediately identified a problem I didn't know I had. He walked me through the diagnostic, described and demonstrated the problem, quoted the job and when I accepted it he performed the repair. When he left my boiler was working efficiently. The boiler was working but the heated water wasn't circulating through the baseboard. I was constantly burning oil with minimal effect.
