They were supposed to know when to clean because of being linked to my Air BnB but missed a clean, thank goodness it was my last guest. Tried to charge more than the agreed price for guests that did not come. There was a change in management and some missed communication. One sheet set went missing and an old white set was left. When I called to get my sheets back I was ignored. I had canceled my service to get someone more local and reasonably priced, so no incentive to talk to me. Bad form!"
