"I would highly recommend Manny and his team to anyone in need of roofing services!! Manny was great at communicating about the project and making suggestions. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and left everything clean. The quality of their work was excellent! Another family member had used Manny in the past and was also extremely happy with their new roof!"

"All Point Roofing & Chimney replaced my chimney liner and installed a chimney cap for me 7 years ago. They did a great job back then. Then last month I had my hot water heater replaced. The plumber told me that I needed a chimney certificate to apply for the town permit. I called All Point Roofing & Chimney again. Klestian and Chris were super helpful, they were able to email me a certificate on the very next day at no cost. This is a company that's good at what they do, professional and honest. Highly recommend."

"I interviewed 3 different companies for the job and knew that David was the best fit and match for our deck rebuild. He rebuilt our front deck, pool deck and stairs. I cannot express our gratitude for Chutos fine work and commitment to fulfill every detail. David and his team were professional and went above and beyond to get the job done!! We are more than pleased and cannot wait to rehire Chutos for the next renovation!! Thank you David and see you again soon!!"

"Highly recommend! Everything was excellent from the work to the price. Will be having them back to do more work around the house. I saw them doing gutters at my neighbors and took a chance and asked about a much needed new roof. Boy, I am so happy I did!"

"The company called this morning. He said a representative would come here this afternoon. Louie gave me an estimate and started to work immediately. My wife and I are very satisfied."

They arrived on time and were very courteous and efficient with the installation and clean up. I also appreciate that they returned my calls promptly when I had any questions. wouldn t hesitate to call them again when we need roof work done. ?"

"Score Construction completed a clean tile installation for me for a reasonable price. They took care of all the extras such as old tile disposal and also did some painting to to complete the job. I am very happy with the work performed. The easiest that I've found to communicate with throughout the job and a clear payment accountability system."

"Hired last year, roof was fine until snow collected on roof and began to melt and it was then it leaked into the house. I called and they responded which was good, they sent people to the house and hopefully repaired the leak but now I have to fix the water damage(to sheetrock) myself for the second time."

"To many other roofers in the NYC Greater region- take note, Vandelay has you beat by quite a bit in terms of understanding a client and the particular needs of the job.  I went through a half dozen estimates and site visits; Vandelay and one other contractor where the only ones who were able to produce a timely, considered estimate.  And this was in the down season!
Regarding the job itself.  It presented several unknowns that Bob and his crew were able to work through and develop solutions to in a timely manner.  The demo went smoothly as well as the new installs and final flashing and chalking details.  At this point, the new roof has been through several storms and seems to be doing quite well.  If there is a problem, Bob seems more that capable to address per the contract, which I certainly appreciate.
Its clear he has a lot of experience doing what he knows, and doing it well.  He has good intuition and understanding of a job and the individuals and characters that might be involved, and how to work with them effectively (including myself likely :)
I've been through a couple of roof jobs at this point on various structures, and felt confident with Bob throughout the job; there were no instances that I felt were be minimized or neglected.  And importantly for a Condo building in NYC, Bob's crew made sure that they premise was CLEANER than when they left which is often a big deal with testy unit owners.
Overall, very pleased with both the estimation process, keeping on budget and timeframe and delivering a sound roof in material and craftmanship.  Highly recommended.
