"It all went amazingly. First, Francisco got back to me very quickly and came to give a bid very quickly. His price was very competitive and of the several bids we got he was the only one who was able and willing to do everything we needed without hemming and hawing about it. (Patching holes and doing some repair on a doorframe that rotted.) That was all included in the price. His guys were great. Basically once I said yes and paid the deposit, I didn’t have to do or think about anything. Even when the weather was a bit crazy Francisco was very communicative about when they’d be back, and they were. I didn’t remember if we had discussed a few windows, and some areas that needed extra attention after the project was done. They were dealt with asap, at no extra charge. He gave me tips on keeping it nice, and gave some extra paint for when the kids (and probably me) inevitably mess up the brand new paint. I also like that he and his wife both have small businesses in philly. I would highly recommend New Era Pro for exterior painting projects. I would use them again for sure, but because of the quality products and quality of work, hopefully I won’t have to!"

"If you want a lifetime roof done right with no worries for the rest of your life, then go with Paddy's. Their Timberline HD lifetime roof system is the best in the industry. Charlie was great. He called after the roof was complete to assure me that if I ever had a problem with the roof, to give Paddy's a call. The install took 1.5 days and the cleanup was very thorough. "A dog sitter we should have never trusted started a small fire in our kitchen while we were away and caused a lot of damage. The insurance company estimated the damages and made a proposal. I’ve reached out to LHI, who I found here on Angie’s and had them come out and do an estimate. I was concerned that the money insurance company offered may not be enough. I let the estimator know the amount the insurance company offered and he said that they will make it work. I figured I will also ask for an estimate to repaint the remainder of our home since we are already redoing the kitchen and the dining room. I felt they were very reasonable in their pricing and I decided to let them do an entire house. They did a very good job and had we had any other painting work, I would not hesitate to hire them. In the meantime, I will recommend them to anyone looking for a fire damage restoration or painting."
