No one came and there was no communication. When I reached out they stated they would be out the following week. Again no one came and no one communicated anything to us. I called and emailed multiple times with no response. When I said I considered the agreement void if I didn’t hear back from them I then received an email they had equipment issues. No apology etc. We are very disappointed. To not communicate with your customer is bad business."

"Virginia Green has no process for training technicians properly. It's either that or technicians just don't care about work. Partially applied 6 applications for weeding and fertilizing and every time they miss large sections of my yard. This is the 3rd season at two different properties that they have done this. They over spray and kill your plants and garden due to lack of attention to detail. I lost all of my Squash and Cucumber plants due to their carelessness. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM USING THIS OVERPRICED SERVICE FROM A BROKEN COMPANY."
