"This company is very easy to work with. A few years ago we had them put in walkway lighting. They offered to come in and set it up so that we could see how it would look and then they would come back and install more or differently depending on how we felt. I actually thought I wanted more lights but they told me I didn't need it. I appreciate they tried to keep the costs down. We've called them back recently to change the motion light on the back of our house. We already had a fixture there so they just needed to put in something different (~$250). Everything I was seeing at Home Depot got poor reviews and I was sick of changing lightbulbs. Daniel responded to my emails in a timely manner and always answered the phone when I called. But also, we were a few minutes late getting to the house and he was in the front fixing the lights (repositioning b/c we'd had landscaping done) they had installed a few years ago!! I was impressed with this."

That said, we worked through this system, worked around my travel schedule, got it in, fixed issues that were underground that we did not know about (liked unmarked drain tile and a neighbors sprinkler head that was a little too close to the property line. Their work created repairs to the yard that would not have been necessary had they waited a day or two since we were in no rush for installation. Otherwise, their work is excellent."

"I purchased a landscape deal on Angie's site - 8 hours of work for the price of 4 hours.  Tom came out to look at what we wanted done soon after I purchased the deal. I asked if he could get the work done by a certain day, which was about 3 weeks away,  He never said he could but, he also didn't say he couldn't.  He emailed me an estimate the next day.  I approved it and he said he follow up with a time.  Ten days later I still hadn't heard from him.  I emailed him and told him we were leaving town in a few days (this was the day I had hoped to have the work done by) and he could do the work while we were gone but he would have to wait for payment until we were back.  He replied and said he hoped to come before we left.  Needles to say he did not come before we left nor did he come the two weeks we were gone.  When we returned home I wrote to him outlining the sequence of events since our agreeing to the contract and asked for our money back since he seemed to have taken on more work than he could handle.  He showed up the next day with his crew and did the job.  We were initially very impressed with Tom's knowledge and looked forward to his company doing the work.  Though we understand weather plays a great role in a landscapers schedule we talked to our son while we out of town and he said it did not rain while we were gone.  So we, unfortunately, will either look for another landscaper or return to our former one. <br />"
