"My experience with Copper Fox was absolutely terrible. The sales representative, Harold, assured me the project was 2-3 weeks. We started the project in early May. Copper Fox was very gracious and took a two hour lunch break instead of a one hour lunch break everyday so that my son could sleep. I knew that this accommodation would likely make the project take a little longer, but would only affect the loud portion of construction which was framing and some of the screwing during the installation of drywall. Copper Fox did not finish the project until the end of September because they failed to order materials in a timely manner. On top of the project delay the workmanship was extremely shoddy and they failed to communicate with me in a timely manner. Their "project manager" barely came to site and didn't show up for the final inspection I had to handle it myself. I am happy to share my contract and all email correspondence."

"Tony Hall was awesome. I know of JES since they started in the area but never had any reason to request a free inspection until I wanted to assess the condition of my crawlspace prior to selling the house. I learned so much about the function of a crawlspace and the current condition of mine. His inspection did not reveal any emergent issues with my 25 year old house but he did take the time to show me about encapsulating my crawlspace which will improve insulation properties and keep the area just about maintenance free. Included is a 25 year warranty which is transferable should I sell the house. I completely recommend JES and their inspector Tony Hall. I will be calling them to inspect and make recommendations to my next home when purchased."

"We got to work with Andy, the initial project was preplacing the old deck and 'patio' with a new patio - their work totally transformed the backyard the work is superb, amazing attention to detail, and very thoughtful in approaching how the patio would flow around thew existing very venerable oaks to ensure the longevity of the patio and the trees. After this project we got to work with Andy again in preparing the house for sale - my style was 'chaos garden' and needed to get rolled back to tidy suburbs. Andy came up with a plan that totally tamed the chaos in only two days and left the grounds neat, professional and ready for the new owners to make it their own. "Overall the quality of work turned out nice. However, the experience with DFC Home Improvement was not exceptional. The administration process was messy to say the least. This ranged from permits being disapproved due to submitting incorrect blueprints to the county and long winded conversations with the owner Brian. A word of advice is to screenshot and save all quotes DFC Home Improvements sends out, as I believe they are modified and update previous versions on their site. Ultimately, we were happy with the quality of work. The project was completed in six weeks, when expected to finish in five. The total cost was $45,950 when the quote was for $38,750 about 18.5% over estimate. I have other projects that I wanted to complete in the future, but I think I will find another contractor for those."
