After getting estimates from two other well known window dealers in the area, it was very refreshing to have Windows Universe come to our home and give us a very straight forward, fair and honest estimate for our windows and patio door. Their approach to window sales is different from all the rest. They addressed my concerns, discussed options leaving me well informed and completed our visit in 45 minutes with a ”Thank you for your time” and “give us a call if you’re interested.” There were none of the “other guys” high pressure tactics and games.
