"Some of the higher windows were not totally cleaned and screen frames were bent. Nice guy. My house is old and I think it was just harder than most jobs."

"I purchased the Angie's List deal for having our whole house air ducts cleaned and sanitized for $199. Our vents were very dirty having undergone two major house renovations. Because of how our vents are set up, our technician Val told us that they would be very hard to clean (we living in a 1959 rambler) and we might require multiple cleanings. As they were working, the weren't aware of the amount of dust that was being scattered throughout the house, again, due to the setup of our venting system. After he left, I needed to go throughout the house and clean the thing layer of dust that had settled on all surfaces. Val felt awful and apologized multiple times and you could tell that he was being sincere. He did recommend that we use an anti-bacteria and fumigation treatment because of mold he found in the vents (which he showed us pictures of) and had recommended purchasing a UV lamp to stop the growth of mold in the future. We opted to forgo the UV lamp, but purchase the additional cleaning options, which should have cost $275. It was clear that Val felt bad about the dust in the house because after we agreed to the additional cleaning, he dropped the price to $175 and also cleaned our dryer vent for free."

"Elite Environmental Services did an excellent job and I'm pleased with the overall experience of cleaning my vents and my crawl space encapsulated. I liked how Justin explained his findings and exactly what and how they would be doing the job. I was provided a before and after video and pictures. I have very bad allergies so I opted to do the special coating that retards and stops mold and mildew from recurring. Justin was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and I felt the price was reasonable. Great communication from keeping me updated or reaching back out if I had a question. I'm confident I will receive the same treatment even now after the work is complete if I contact him. I was also pleased with his crew whether working along side Justin or independently they were polite, courteous and cleaned up after doing a great job. I will be contacting Elite Environmental Services for my future maintenance air duct cleaning and I highly recommend them."

"One of the best experiences I've had with a contractor from start to finish. Salesman, David Morris, was professional, courteous and responsive to any and all questions I asked of him. Ashley and Brandon in the office kept us informed about the schedule, were great about reminders and pleasant to speak with on the phone. Andy and Chris, who performed the work, were top notch. On the day of the job they called ahead, arrived early, were super friendly and did a great job. We reviewed the work order and they had no issues with my additional request to cover up the rust stains with paint that I provided. They reviewed all of the work that they completed, cleaned up and finished the job within a few hours. Answered any and all questions in the most courteous and professional manner. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will be recommending Chimney Solutions to all of my neighbors...and many of them definitely need new rain pans."

"The experience was fabulous, everything was perfect. Cleaning was spot on. Definitely recommend if your looking for any type of cleaning services."
