"We hired this company to partially demo an outdoor storage area and then install new stucco wall boards on the upper half. Things began well enough. They contacted us immediately and an estimator came out the next day. He was very personable and responsive when we contacted him during the job. Unfortunately, the actual execution of the project didn't go nearly as well. First of all, while they did put considerable effort into replacing some of the rotted wood, they did not complete all of the services that we specifically requested as noted in the contract, such as securing the wood framing to the house with lag bolts and filling in the gaps against the foundation. Nor did they bother to caulk around the exterior of the new wall boards. So, when it rained, the water seeped right in. As a result, those brand new boards that they just installed are now damaged. Sadly, we have a range of other complaints as well. For example, several nails are sticking out of the boards into the air, nowhere near any studs, meanwhile, some nails that actually reached the studs barely connected and splintered the wood instead. Additionally, the men arrived late two of the three days without any sort of notice, and, when they finally did show up, both crews seemed ill-informed as to the particulars of the job. Plus, they left trash all over our driveway upon leaving. Last, but certainly not least, our door, which had been professionally hung and leveled at considerable cost, no longer closes and locks properly. It’s been knocked out of alignment--something they either didn't check prior to wrapping up the job, or didn't care enough to fix. From start to finish, our job was riddled with miscommunication, poor work ethic, and plain old disrespect. I don’t know if our crew was inept or just lazy, but this is, beyond a doubt, the shoddiest workmanship we have ever received. Nor was it cheap. Honestly, we expect quality workmanship for our money. What we received was far from it. To say we are dissatisfied, would be a huge understatement. UPDATE: Shortly after publishing our review, we were contacted by multiple representatives from the company, eager to make amends for our dissatisfaction. I spoke with Vanessa, who was very understanding and apologetic. Though we refused the company's offer to come out and fix most of the issues previously mentioned (mainly because we'd already corrected them ourselves), we did accept a $100 Visa gift card from the owner, as well as their agreement to realign our door. For this, they sent one of their door specialists. Will and Melvin came out two days later, arrived an hour earlier than expected, and did an absolutely outstanding job. After working diligently all day long, they not only realigned our door, they actually replaced it (along with some rotted wood in the frame), before leveling the door, caulking around it, and adding some very nice vinyl trim. All at no cost to us. They did a beautiful job; we are very"

"**UPDATE to review from March 2018. The quality of the work is not as good as we thought, we have had issues with tiles cracking due to poor installation. The subcontractor that came out to install the tile did a poor job installing the tile but also the grout. He had came back a few days after original installation to fix the grout because the grout was in the corners where caulking needed to be and the grout was not clean lines as you'd expect after paying for a service. We had to redo the grout again even after he returned because it was cracking and coming out of the tile. There are also pen marks that we thought we could scrub off, but the marks never came off and although they are on the lower tiles- it is just a sign of poor workmanship. We just went ahead and fixed the grout issue ourselves to save the trouble of calling the gentleman back a third time. Paul was easy to work with and friendly, we are very disappointed in the quality of the tile work done and we need to replace several cracked tiles now. ** Paul was very quick to respond and very professional. He came to our home the day after I contacted him to provide estimates, he is thorough, friendly and a pleasure to work with. The first project was a shower tile installation in our guest bathroom, and it looks amazing. I have at least 2 other projects we plan to have Paul complete for us. "

"Plomari General Contractors painted my entire home, redid a bathroom, added recessed lighting throughout home, installed a kitchen backsplash, and retiled my fireplace. The owner, George, was always accessible by phone and the people who worked for him did great work and were very nice. I could not be happier and will use them again in the future for large and small projects. "

"Mary Ann (owner) was very helpful. I was looking to hire a company to repair/replace bathroom grouting for a family member. (A previous company had used the wrong colored grout for the tiles.) The repairman did a great job on the grout and also did a few other things such as installing handle bars in the shower and filling a gap behind the sink. The only issue was that he used grout rather than caulk behind the sink, but the company came back out to fix it. All of the repairs look great and, best of all, the grouting came in a little under the original estimation. "
