"Tom was very professional and took the time to do the job right, especially with the front door handleset.  I own an old chicago style bungalow that has the original rounded top door.  This door had the original handleset that was no longer functioning properly and needed to be replaced.  The door is not the standard thickness and the type of handleset that would work for it was not standard, so I was having difficulty finding a replacement.  Tom recommended a specialty hardware store where I could find what I needed.  I purchased all the hardware for both this door and the other three and hired Tom to install and re-key them.  He spent a lot of time making sure it was done properly.  I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone that would need this kind of service. <br />"

"Most excellent. The Window PAC crew, 3 to 4 guys, were at our house a total of 9 days working 9+ hours every day. The guys were neat and clean, very professional; but, personable, too. We became quite friendly with them. Window PAC is a family business; and, their family became very cordial with us. The bottom line is that our windows now work and look like new for a fraction of what it would have cost to replace and repair via the Pella program. I'm 110% satisfied and highly recommend Window PAC services!"

"I contacted Suburban Door Check and Lock Service to repair the broken lock on my patio door. During their initial visit, it was determined that the locking mechanism could not be repaired, and would instead have to be replaced. The part would have to be ordered, and I was told I would be called later that day or the next day with a price and approximate wait-time. I was not contacted, so I called them - and had to do so several times before the work was completed, as they never contacted me on their own. A week or ten days later, they returned to replace the broken mechanism, and the new one works fine. I'm pleased with their repair, somewhat satisfied with their price, but disappointed with their poor communication."
