"Provider called once with questions about specs and then said he would submit a bid.  I never heard from him again.  I did not pursue his bid as I received several other bids from window/siding  companies.  I must note that Pryor is a full service construction company.  They gut and renovate entire homes.  I called them because they do a lot of work in my neighborhood and it always looks very good.  I think my project was probably too small and unchallenging for them.  I would call them again if I ever wanted to do a more extensive renovation of my home based on what I have seen them do in the neighborhood.   I gave Pryor a D for responsiveness because while I didn't pursue their bid, I never heard from them even after they said they would submit a bid.  A simple "this isn't the type of job we normally do" along with a referral would have been better.
