We are a family owned and operated corporation. We strive to ensure customer satifaction and take a great deal of pride in our work. We do not sub-contract any of our work. Our typical billing contract is 20% at time of signing, 30% on start of project, with the remainding 50% due on completion. We often offer very good limited time deals in addition to our "no expiration date" deal of 10% off to seniors and current or former military personelle. We are also open to financing on case by case basis.

Gilkey Windows specializes in the custom manufacturing and installation of energy efficient windows and doors, for both residential and commercial applications.

"The installation went well, the installers were on time and performed the work in an expeditious manner. Their "after job" cleaning routine was outstanding which included clean all the surrounding molding. The installers were able to retain the existing molding that surrounded the six windows which eliminated the need to replace it which saved their time with the installation We were certainly use Gilkey again for any future window or door needs"

"I received a few quotes from fencing companies. My husband and I decided to hire Flores Fencing. The quotes I received from the different fencing companies were pretty similar as far as cost but we decided to go with Flores Fencing because they were the only company that seem enthusiastic about getting our business. The other companies, which have been in business a lot longer than Flores Fencing, never even bothered with any form of follow up communication after they gave me the quote. Emanuel however, was great at communicating with me throughout the process and Wilfredo was great at addressing my questions or concerns about my project. The workers were efficient and after completing the installation of my fence and gate, they made sure they left my yard pristine. Wilfredo, who is one of the salesperson, came over to help the workers to make sure the work was completed in one day. He even took it upon himself to fix a gate that was not part of our project which he noticed needed a simple repair. The fence and gate they installed looks absolutely wonderful. I am so pleased! The company was established in 1972 as P&J Heating and Air Conditioning by Pete and Jim. In the late 1980's, Air Wise and Best Heating (established in 1948) joined the family and American Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning was formed. The year 2003 is here and American Comfort joins a national franchise to offer clients a higher level of service. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is here for the residential customers while maintaining the American Comfort name for the Commercial side of the business. It may seem like a lot of change, but, it was all done under one of the original owners. To this day, we are still family owned and operated.
