"It went really well. The contractor, Tom, is a really nice guy. He answered all my questions and couldn't have made it easier on me. He literally did all the work on filing an insurance claim. He got me my roof plus extras. Every time I called or text he would answer right away. If I had an issue it was handled immediately. They said they would do my roof in 2 weeks and not even a week later it was torn off and out on in ONE day. All the workers that showed up at my house were all very nice and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to hiring them again for future projects. The owner even showed up to make sure everything was going smooth. A+ rating."

We picked out the color of roof, provided samples to review for me and my wife. Phil from Titan roofing sent over Joliet code for full replacement to my insurance carrier and they got me my entire roof replaced and gutters. "I was looking for contractors that would replace my entire roof after a strong hailstorm.  The trick of my case was - I have a large kinda balcony with flat roofing sheets as a floor. I requested quotes from 4 highly rated companies and 3 out of 4 were puzzled by the flat roof piece of work.  They explained that when my house was being built - the roofers put the flat sheets without any issues, but now 2 balcony door packages should be removed and reinstalled by carpenters, which would increase the price significantly. U.S. Exterior by Seidel offered an alternative solution - to spray existing roofing sheets with special resin based solution, that has a 50 year warranty.  It's more expansive and more fragile than roofing flat sheets, but that was my only reasonable option. Everything else regarding the project was on a very good level - communication, scheduling, quality of work, garbage, etc. Thanks for a good work! Highly recommended!"

"Arronâ s Roofing replaced the roof on our 4 unit condo building. His quote was very competitive and we got much better granulated material instead of black top for about the same price. The biggest concern at the start of the project was handling of large roof top deck. Other companies told us that the deck may not be salvaged or to expect a lot of damage. Aaronâ s Roofing said they can save most of the deck and they did. They removed the deck in sections and then reassembled at the end, few boards that needed to be replaced were reasonably priced. The roof work was completed professionally and we are very happy with the result. We also liked that Aaron did not rush the project and did not work on the days when weather got cold and rainy in October, to make sure the quality was not compromised. The guys cleaned up on a daily basis and were polite and considerate. Aaron also responded very promptly to provide the initial estimate. We definitely recommend Aaronâ s roofing for roof and deck projects."

Power does great work and they are efficient, completely replacing my roof in a day, but they are EXPENSIVE-- well above the average price. They do give a 50 year guarantee on their work and it is transferable. If they were 30% cheaper, I would use them again in a heartbeat."
