"I am not impressed with John's work. He talks a good game but his delivery is not quite there. John did my back porch with composite wood and steel. He guaranteed his work but I have had issues with the boards and he refuses to come back to fix. I have to say I researched his reviews and they all had a common theme and it's that he talks a good game but doesn't stand by his warranty. I spoke to him about the reviews but he informed me that his business is under management and that all the problems happened under his son, but it's not his son it's John the owner who doesn't stand behind his warranty. Several of the composite boards he put down on my porch are already coming up and the work isn't even a month old. I have called him several types he responded when he wants to and say he is coming and never shows up. So I can say John repaired my deck and finished the work. He made some mistakes on deck but for the most part the deck looks good but he doesn't stand by his warranty"

"This place has terrible customer service and doesn't care about small pool purchases (they only prioritize big projects). As of May 14, 2020, I paid (down payment) for a 16' pool from Russo's Pools. I was told my pool would be installed in July 2020. The installer was to go out to look at the site within 1 week. They never did. I called and got no one, only leaving a message or the phone just ringing. This was all last summer 2020 with no communication. I contacted Russo's pool in March 2021 and was told they didn't have my pool nor had any idea what happened. They have given me the run-around since. I was told the installer would call me, and week after week, they did not. Not until I asked to speak to the owner that the installer called me, stating he had JUST gotten my number. The owner discussed them obtaining and installing an 18' pool to make things right. Anthony Russo is now stating he never said that; he says he only said he would look into it. All discussions about pool and site were about 18'. Even the assistant I have been talking to this week has been checking deliveries for the 18' pool and working on getting one. Anthony Russo says he can't do that, and I am here 334 days later and NO pool."

"RVA completely redid our bathroom AND our whole basement. They did tile flooring, toilet, vanity and sink, a brand new tub/shower combo with glass doors, basement drywall, prime, paint, and trim. They installed carpet with tile at the landing of the stairs as well as in the office. They were so kind and professional. They did amazing work and communicated with us along the way. "We decided to remove the old deck in our back yard and build a new larger one with a pergola. Jim did a great job from start to end. Before starting, he helped us deciding the material by providing quotes using cedar and composite. We decided to use cedar for both deck and pergola, and we love how it came out. Jim was very responsive during the design phase. So, we could finalize the design and start construction. At that point we had a tight schedule because of guests visiting during summer. Jim and his team worked hard and managed to be within schedule. The work was done very carefully, with great attention to details and we are very pleased by the outcome."
