"The concrete cracked within the first week of being poured and nobody came to fix it. Also beware when dealing with Mike as he will charge you extra $1,000 or probably more to finish the job he starts. Itâ s a common business practice by him as a lot of customers are mentioning the same thing from Yelp, Homeadvisor.com, and Google Reviews. Read the reviews before dealing with Dependable Concrete. As a contractor Mike should know the price of materials beforehand and before quoting the customers. Mike demanded $1,000 more because of the increase of the cement price. Cement shortages have been going on for months and Mike should have taken that into account before giving the quote. Cement shortages aren't recent news. He waited until he removed the old driveway and then as the shady businessman that he is â he demanded extra money to finish the job when I was left with a big hole around my house. Beware as this is common practice by Dependable concrete if you read the reviews. Cement shortages or not â the original quote should have accounted for that. As a customer I donâ t ask my contractor to refund me the money if the price of material goes down in the future. Mike should stick to his original quote and price, but he doesnâ t do that. Stay away from Dependable Concrete â bad business to deal with and very poor quality â concrete cracks within days and nobody will come fix it after they take the money from you."

"I?m sad to write this review as Hero started off as a wonderful landscape partner to us with excellent communication and integrity. Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. The cracks are growing longer and wider and new ones are forming all over my driveway- down the center of the whole driveway, along the sides and in between. The owner of Total paving George Lozada even noted on an invoice that “a notable amount of cracking , which is not typical for a year old driveway , has become an issue that may not be resolved by typical repair methods”However, he would not redo the driveway which is under WARRANTY unless I hired a soil Expert and agreed to pay for the dig up of the old driveway undercutting and new asphalt which was going to be the case as asking for a driveway without cracks was opening a can of worms . I already paid 11,589 and am not going pay for a redo .The Total Paving says they Guarantee an esthetically complete driveway that shows off its quality through its beauty”- that is Not my Cracked driveway! Total Paving website states “our commitment to you is to provide a strong and durable pavement that us functional , reliable for years to come “ - that is Not my Cracked driveway.Total Paving website states “the proper steps are taken to install a driveway that lasts “-that us not my Cracked driveway! Whether it was improper base,( which I have pictures when they widened my driveway on the cracked side they never added any rocks or base the day of installation)wet base, the asphalt material or installation workmanship something went wrong that day and my driveway from Total Paving is horribly Cracked!"

They were wonderful to work with, they would answer phone calls and get back to you right away with any questions that you had. They did everything that they promised. I would highly recommend using 3d concrete."

He was knowledgeable and helpful in determining what to do and improved the plans we had for our basement steps and walkway by suggesting we move the stairs away from the house to improve access and raise the level of the sidewalk to be even with our yard.
