Initially, I needed to replace a wall outlet due to a small fire but the main switch was also damaged and needed to be replaced. I also wanted to install a baseboard heater & thermostat in addition to the other repairs. Bill provided excellent service over and above my expectations by making a 100 mile round trip to obtain the necessary supplies to complete the job. His price was very competitive and his work timely."

"Artificial turf looks good. Some of the plants have died. It's only been five months since the job was completed. All the other items are of fair to poor quality. Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."
