"I have used Eric twice to clean the blinds in my house, and I have a lot of windows. Eric is very friendly, professional and has a great sense of humor. He stands behind his cleaning. I questioned the results of one of the blinds. Eric took it back, cleaned it again and explained why the blind could not be cleaned as well as I thought. Hint, you would be shocked by the amount of soot from burning candles that gets on your walls and blinds. Needless to say, I would hire Eric again. By the way, the name of his business is On-Site. He used to be able to clean on site but now takes the blinds to his shop and can get them back the same day. I don't blame him for not changing the name. It is a pain to get a new name changed in all the places where the old one shows up."
