"Josh washed exterior windows and screens using DI resin process which basically is a light power wash. The DI resin neutralizes minerals in the water supply such that the windows do not need to be squeegeed or dried with a cloth. Although I had my doubts about the process, the windows came out streak and spot free. I highly recommend hiring Josh to clean windows that will come out better than you’ve ever experienced before."

"Eric was without a doubt the best contractor I have used in the past ten years. Hazardville Roofing showed up on time, were quick and efficient, and did a better job than I expected! I highly recommend them to all my friends. The specifics of the job were; <br /> Removed old shingles, flashing, and drip edging. <br /> Installed ice dam layer to 6' <br /> Installed "breathable" underlayment <br /> Installed new shingles <br /> Formed and installed new flashing around chimney, vents, and dormers. <br /> Installed ridge vent soffit vents <br /> Fixed leaking dormer <br /> Hauled away all trash... they even hauled away some of my old RR ties. <br /> I am a retired contractor and have been around the trades since the 1960's so I was very attentive to what the crew was doing throughout the entire job. "so Work was done  effieciently, and professionally.  Removed mold, staining and plant growth from roof.  They were careful to rinse off the cleaning agent from other parts of the house. It looks like they also cleaned off our porch floor and sidewalk. All around great job. We are very happy. <br />"

"We had some issues with the owner changing the supply quality without telling us on our second contract when we changed shingle types.  We had to call them a couple of times about getting it rectified and didn't get the right materials until they were already stripping off our roof. Our initial salesman Mark G. was very helpful and responsive to our calls.  They arrived on time and ready to get things done and were very efficient.  I gave a C in professionalism because I was told to go in the house and watch Opera instead of worrying about the correct material being put on my roof.  Most of the mess was picked up, I had to go around with bucket to pick up cigarettte butts, staples, a couple nails and some old felt paper.  Most of my plants faired well, only one was trampled but will grow back fine next year.  Only unresolved issue is hideous metal flashing that was left exposed where all of the smaller bump-outs attach to house.  We are told someone will come later this week to apply a layer of shingles on top of it to make it look like the rest of the roofs. <br />"
