"Joe inspected my chimney and found the reason why we were experiencing a leak. He sealed the chimney, fully secured the chimney cap (which for some reason had been only partially secured when it was installed 34 years ago) and gave the chimney interior a visual inspection. Overall cost was $95 which I thought was reasonable. Joe was courteous and listened carefully as I explained the problem. He probably could have recommended that I replace the chimney cap, but he said it still had reasonable life left. I thought him to be professional and very honest.
