"We placed the order in March and then about 2 months later they came back and installed the windows. They did a very fine job with the framing and installation and cleaned up very nicely. We went with the lowest cost option for everything as this was going in to a very rundown mudroom/3-season room so it was a huge improvement. We were very pleased and would use them again to replace windows in other rooms of our house. <br />"

"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

"Fine, Jack was quite nice to deal with, arrived on time after hours to fit our (7 pm) schedule. He came fully prepared with his license, insurance paperwork, references, etc. Looked at our project, came up with estimate on the spot. He also offered us a 10 percent discount to do both windows at the same time as we were undecided as to do one or two. The price above reflects that discount. He was very good about following up with us a few days later and answering any questions. In the end we found a number of lower bids (those did not include the dirt haul away, so that might be important to some) and we chose one of those."

"Owner was in routine contact. Carpenter always arrived at expected time, was very respectful of our home. Cleaned up at the end of the day to keep our small kids safe. Work was thorough, carpenter was able to anticipate problems so they could be corrected with the least amount of disruption (ie drain needed to be lowered prior to installing sink base). <br />"

"Very professional company. They were very responsive to my phone calls. After I received my permit for their construction to begin they were out the next day and had my egress window in and all complete in about 5 hours. <br /> They escalated the ground around where the egress window was to go. Cut into my basement concrete. Removed the cut cement. Installed the window. Installed the window well. Tied into my existing tile. And then back filled the around the window well. <br /> They did this all in a 8 foot area. Very impressed. <br /> Their employees were very respectful of my yard and my neighbor's yard. <br /> I would recommend Iowa Wall Sawing to everyone. Quick, professional, and done right.
