"First time hiring Kitchen and Bath Specialties and working with Joe Laverdiere. He also came over initially to quote a price and then returned to look over the template, which needed adjustment and a new template created. He wanted to ensure that the countertop would be the correct length. He is very knowledge and scheduled our installation for late this week and completed the installation today. He did run into an issue (not of his doing) and was able to handle it. He communicated very clearly to us what we needed to know. We will hire him to install the tiling as well. I highly recommend him."

"I originally met Mr. Washburn when he was recommended to me from a roofing company to fix my ceilings as I had water damage. He did great work, so I contacted him three years later for a complete bathroom remodel and to install new windows on my house. The bathroom was in quite bad shape due to water damage and leaking. Greg worked out a plan for us and really listened to make what we wanted happen. Our bathroom is finished now as of two days ago and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Greg is honest, hard-working, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, just a great guy! He is very precise and thorough. I got the feeling he was repairing my house like he would his own. He takes pride in doing things right the first time and that's exactly what he did! After the windows, next he is going to install a new water heater for us. "At first I wanted Adam to construct a white vinyl or composite deck. He brought over some samples which were very nice but when I found out that the vinyl deck would be twice the money as a wood deck, I changed my mind. He told me I would be happy with a wood deck and he was right. He built a quality deck in only a couple of days that is sturdy, solid and beautiful. He made two sets of stairs that are also very sturdy with beautiful gates to keep my dog and cats contained. He next put in a dishwasher by cutting out a cabinet. He used the cabinet wood to make moldings around the opening. It fits very nicely. He installed a garbage disposal and thought it should have its own power source from the dishwasher so there would be no blown fuses when I ran both at the same time. After the deck was finished, he put in a fence around the backyard with two gates. He did a fantastic job with the fence. He then cut through the wall in the hall and hollowed out a area to put in a linen closet. He then build the shell of the closet at home, painted it and fit it in to the hole. He finished with the molding and installed a 6 panel door that closed with a magnet. It backs up to another closet which he finished off with a rod and shelf. Overall, I am so pleased with his work. He is a perfectionist and told me to call in a couple of weeks if there was anything at all that I didn't like. He does quality work and I wouldn't think of using anyone else for any future remodeling or new construction. I would also like to add that that his helper, Terry, was great and very knowledgable.
