"The very best customer service from anyone doing the job that Cesar did at my house today. Never got irritated to do all the extra work that had to be done in order to install a new door and storm door in my basement. I had a steel door that was installed in 1971, trust me it was a very hard job. The original door had concrete added to the bricks and Cesar had to chisel all the concrete before he could begin working to hang the new one. If I ever have to have anything else done at my house I will certainly call Cesar. This man has the best patience and never complains. His work is beautiful after it was completed"

"Mr. McKnight just finished working with me. He reattached my sink to the underside of my kitchen counter, repaired a chair, fixed my glass front door and installed a rubber strip along the bottom of a closet door. Since he just finished the work I can't say how well-done it is for the long-term (However, I can't imagine my sink ever being an issue again and strongly doubt there will be problems with any of the other work he did) but I believe he did a great job and did everything right. He very kindly explained and showed me what he was doing. He was always prompt, sent a reminder message the night before each visit, paid close attention to detail and asked, along the way, if I was satisfied. "Very quick with coming out and getting us on there schedule.. communication was terrible after that when I was told they would be at my house to pressure wash at a specific time and I had to call hours later to find out where they were. Same thing happened the following day when they did not finish the 1st day. Also broke a blade on our outside patio but they did fix it(weeks later and they did not call before hand) also did not use any type of bleach or cleaner to pressure wash the house.. in which I had to go back over certain spots because water was not enough."
