"From the very first phone contact until the new service panel and generator back-up switch were installed, Patrick and his crew did everything that they said they would do. My project was quite unique. Patrick took everything we talked about and put together a project plan and pricing. People showed up when they were scheduled. Project completed on time and at the price he quoted. The service Storm Electric provided rates as one of the best service experiences I have received. GREAT JOB PATRICK!"

"The repair was made and the electrician made the final check to assure all of the outlets were working properly."

"Very professional and very knowledgeable.Would absolutely recommend this company.Any of my future electrical issues,he will be the one I call hands down"

I chose to work in this industry because I was always interested in electrical, and was offered to enroll in an apprenticeship program with my first electric company in Nashville, TN. It was mostly a commercial company. There I gained lots of valuable knowledge. After graduating from the 4 year trade school I became a foreman. Then moved back to Dallas TX to work for a residential service company. I also enjoyed this aspect of electrical. There is more troubleshooting involved. The owner of this company taught me a lot and we still keep in touch. Then I moved to North Carolina to pursue my own business. I can do most commercial and residential projects. I look forward to hearing from you.

"Great follow through, good pricing. The generator required several trips and follow-up items because it required different inspections. They did a great job at following up on these steps and the generator works perfectly. Since that time we called them for some smaller electrical jobs. They are very detailed oriented, an example would be that I gave what I thought I wanted and they gave feedback based on their experience showing a better way to do it. I welcomed this and was happy they suggested it."

"Scheduled the next day. Did the repair quickly at the stated price in pouring rain. Very personable."

"Matt was very responsive via telephone.  I called a week or so ahead of time, to time it so I could be home during a day off from work.  I was trying to get the first appointment of the day, but missed it. However, that morning, he called to say he was ahead of schedule, and did I still want him to come as early as possible.  Very helpful.
He quickly installed the new outlet I asked for in my garage, and figured out why an outlet in our family kept shorting out.  Yes, perhaps I could ultimately have done these things myself, but he did them quickly, efficiently, and right the first time.
He also spent some time with me (at my request) to talk about my options for upgrades to my main electrical panel, advising as to cost, disruption, where digging would be required, etc.
I would definitely call him again - and will be doing so shortly.  I have another small project that I'd like to get his skills working on, and that reminded me that I needed to do this review!

"Kevin did an incredible job on the drywall repair in kitchen. He also did other miscellaneous repairs, and coordinated with the building and code compliance to complete the necessary inspections. Everything ran smoothly and he went above and beyond in all respects. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. He will be returning to install kitchen cabinets. Thank you Kevin and Cransten! You are awesome!"

"William Burden is the third generation owner of WBLightningRods and his company has been in business since 1950. He is very courteous, professional, was on time, and has a very good crew. William was present for the entire installation. We chose the copper system. We are glad for the peace of mind a lightning rod system will provide."
