"Researched windshield repair people in the area and found Dents Out Plus to be to best option by appearances only. Talked on the phone with owner (Rich) and found him easy to work with. He was very flexible with the appointment time. He came to my residence to make the repair. He was on time and the duration of the repair (30 minutes) was as promised. He even cleaned some tree sap from another area of the windshield! Final price was as quoted. Great warrantee! Thanks Rich."

"Just needed another hinge on the gate for the back part of the yard, it fell apart and needed to be fixed/replaced and a few other spots in the gate attended to as they were looking rough. Quoted me for the gate hinge and spot fixes, everything was reasonable and work was completed promptly and as promised. Would absolutely hire again for small jobs like this, did not have to deal with any upselling or promises that weren't kept. (Hate when service providers like contractors say they can fix something just because they want a higher paying job than whats originally requested, then it falls through or looks shoddy, after its "fixed") Alex was quick to assure me what he could and could not accomplish within his experience/skillsets and even referred a contractor who would be able to assist with some landscaping issues I brought up when we were discussing some of the side projects I have going on the property. I have already recommended him to a neighbor who was looking for someone to weld some handrails for a mother in law suite they are finishing up. Great experience, will recommend and hire again if I need anything fixed."

"We used C&L Construction to convert our garage to an Accessory Dwelling Unit ("ADU"). Eli Levi was always there to answer all of our questions and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. The foreman, Juan, was also a pleasure to work with. We have worked with other contractors before, but there were always issues with them. C&L Construction exceeded our expectations and provided us with great customer service. They were always on time and finished the project faster than we expected. Even though our project started well after some other construction projects our block, Eli and his team nevertheless finished well before the other projects. They did everything from the foundation, framing, plumbing, drywall, roof, and finish work. C&L has all of the trades in-house and so they don't need to hire subcontractors, which also makes the process go more smoothly. Also, C&L's bid came in below the other bids that we had received from other reputable contractors. We are very happy with our beautiful new ADU and we are glad that we chose C&L for the job."

"J & R Steel "saved the day" in a truly remarkable way.   <br /> The City of Los Angeles required a certified welder and field deputy inspector to do supplemental welding on a roof rail that had been engineered.  The stainless steel rail installer I'd hired, had no certified welders and was at a loss how to finish up the job.   <br /> Not knowing where to turn and not thinking I'd find a welder on Angie's List, to my great surprise, I found J & R Steel.   <br /> J & R Steel had a certified welder who could work on stainless steel and was able to arrange for a City-required field inspector, too. <br /> J & R was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, fair, cleaned up work areas when done, respectful, punctual and did an outstanding job that passed City of LA inspections the next day after they finished.  They even arranged for the field deputy inspector, but, by law, I had to pay the deputy inspector separately as they are an independent observer. <br /> All in all, would would not hesitate one second to recommend this company to anyone.  Coby Cohen was my contact and they takegreat pride in their work. <br />"

"Anthony Hernandez completed a project for me and I am very satisfied. My project was a chimney cap that was blown of the top of a chimney in a wind storm on a rental property. I had 4 pieces of metal fabricated, but I needed someone to weld them together. Anthony responded to my request for a quote almost immediately. I brought the 4 pieces to him and he did a very good job of welding them together and then he delivered the chimney cap to me. I think that Anthony is a hard worker and I would highly recommend him for your welding projects."
