While here he did an examination of my electric panel and didnâ t try to upsell me to replace it now, even though it is a bit older but in great shape. I had Finch Home Solutions come out a second time and given we had a large storm the night before they had an emergency call to attend to the morning of my appointment. The office made sure to call me to let me know what was happening, when to expect my appointment to take place, and offered to move it if needed. When Drew & Cullen arrived they were both friendly, prompt to find the issue, and even helped weigh in/provide feedback on some light fixtures Iâ d like to eventually replace. "The only model thermostat they offered was high priced ( $350 plus installation or $453 total), High tech, WiFi link to smartphone, programmable. I told him I wanted a simpler model and was told the only other option was more complicated and more expensive and that "this is how thermostats are now". I told him I was upset, but had no other options. I now know this was 'extortion' , since other simpler models are still available and would have been better suited to this senior citizen. A furnace cleaning the same month prompted a list of things I should buy despite the furnace passing it's tests.....be prepared for a sales pitch. They did come promptly and were polite. I will not hire them again."

"I had to pay additional for the services. They gave me a proposal on pieces of work. The owner isn't much of user of computers and the girl that he had doing all of his paperwork at the office was here painting, so she couldn't be doing that. While I liked them, I wish I would have had a more professional itemization of the billing. It was only a couple of people that came out. The man that did the flooring was good. They cleaned up after themselves. They were careful,  polite and on time. They did what they were supposed to do."
