"I was really looking forward to hosting a Christmas party starting off with a Christmas lights tour for 2 1/2 hours. I became somewhat apprehensive when my son came over and said that the roads were in really poor condition, cars were slipping and sliding and it took him twice as long to get to my house as usual. So I called Renee's Royal Valet to ask them about it. Much to my relief, they said that the roads in the area we would be touring were clear and they had several other cars out at that time with no problems. The driver showed up about 10 minutes early and told me that the roads were OK and much better than they had been the night before. He helped us load our snacks and wine in to the limo, showed us how to work the temperature controls in the back of the car and explained the tour to us. He was unfailingly patient and courteous throughout the evening. As promised the roads were fine and the tour went off without a hitch. We drove to the western suburbs and saw the most spectacular Christmas light displays, moving figures, and projections onto outdoor screens complete with music. Some of the music was timed to the light displays and came through the sound system of the limo. We had a blast! After we were dropped off back at my house to continue the Christmas party, we decided that a Christmas lights tour with Renee's Royal Valet would be our new Christmas tradition each year. Their professional office staff and drivers provide needed information and really do take care of their customers."

"They had to come back to redo it, because the stain did not take. They came with stain that would no longer me available. Once they used it I asked for about touching some things up and they said they could no longer get it. The second time they brought darker stain."

"I hired Roof-to-Deck Restoration for a two part job: restain the deck and powerwash the paver patio under the deck. The patio is about 12'x20' or so. The main goal was that it needed jointing sand and I needed the moss, grass, ant mounts removed along with a gernal cleaning. I infomed them of my intent prior to sending money or anything and they affirmed that the power washing would definitely prep the patio to the point where jointing sand could be applied. Upon completion, the patio was mostly good but there were spots that needed additional work. Not ideal but not a big enough of a deal as I could take care of them myself. The deck (which sits above the patio) desperately needed to be power washed and re-stained. It is a fairly small deck (10'x10' or so). The quote was a little high but I was OK with it as I was presuming they were a top notch company based on reviews. They first came out and power washed/cleaned the deck of the old stain. They had left some pretty large portions that still had stain on them. I contacted them and they commented that they were in fact big and someone came out and cleaned those areas again. The next step was to stain the deck which went well. There were areas that had a significant amount more of stain than the others and other areas that looked like it was barely even touched. Overall it looks good, but knowing about the variation in the amount of stain used in areas hinders my overall opinion of it. Upon completion, I noticed that there were numerous areas puddles of stain on the paver patio that lies under my deck from where the stain dripped from the above deck. Most of them were small (1"-2" in diameter), but they were everywhere. In addition, there were two large areas, one about 12" in diameter and another one that was probably the equivalent of 14-16" in diameter (it was an oblong shape). I informed them of this and they mentioned that they would be sending someone out to clean the stains. They ended up coming out 4 times to try and clean the stains (along with me power washing) but they are still noticeable. The patio bricks look much more worn than the rest of the patio due to the cleaners they have used as well. The manager finally stopped out to take a look at the stains. The overall summary was to just let them sit and hope that they come out over the winter: not exactly what I was wanting to hear. After all is said and done, the deck mainly looks very nice with some areas that could have used more attention. The patio stains though will be a reminder though that I won't hire them again the future."

The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away. \n Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's \n 225 for 11x14's \n 275 for 14x17's \n After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. \n The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost.
