My home was built in the late 1800s and has a large raised concrete wrap around porch surrounded by beautiful stone walls. Replacement would be prohibitive, but there were some substantial cracks and pitting. It was like walking on an ocean reef, it was so rough, and the repairs made to the cracks wouldn’t hold, but Jean determined that it was otherwise secure with no water penetration below. She suggested they repair the cracks with hydraulic cement and then coat the entire surface with Miracote to seal both the cracks and smooth the surface and protect from future pitting. They worked with me to get the color right when I didn’t like the initial application.  Jean stands by her work and does an outstanding job. The people she has working for her are also courteous, pleasant and easy to work with. I can’t recommend her and her team enough."

Mark was at a different job site and not available. However, once Mark was here things went much better. Overall he and his crew did an excellent job, and made sure we were happy with the job. The job started on Monday and was completed to our complete satisfaction the following week on Tuesday. I felt Mark really listened to us and did the work the way we wanted it done."

"It was suggested, by a realtor friend, to have an engineer evaluate my basement problem. This was after Mr. Shelly had submitted an estimate. The engineer's report stated that a wall inside a wall was the best and most economical solution for my basement.   Mr. Shelly called to follow- up on his estimate soon after.  There was no hesitation in hiring him for the job. This was the solution he had already decided was the best solution for my basement. The other contractor's estimates were suggesting a smaller and less expensive correction. This was a very difficult and labor intensive job.  And, we were hit with the coldest winter in recent years.  Nevertheless, the work was done professionally and as fast as possible under the circumstances.  A few times the masons had to postpone a days work because of the sub-freezing temperatures and the freezing of their equipment.   Mr. Shelly was hands on for most of the work, and I saw him personally painting my basement floor on his knees.  It dosen't get any better than a contractor who would do this job himself.  I would hire him again and refer him to anyone who would ask."
