"The technician went into my yard and immediately found a leak... tiny bubbles coming up in the soil.  I'd have never spotted that!   <br /> Unfortunately, I still have a very high water bill and my leak may be beyond their ability to find it.  I am looking for a leak specialist now. <br /> The technician was very professional and very helpful!  He explained where the leak was coming from and how he was going to fix it.  There was another leak that he didn't fix.  He came back and gave me a break on my bill for not fixing the other leak.  Very fair. <br />"

"i have used apopka tree service several times and they have done great work at a great price. However, it has become increasingly difficult to schedule work to be done. It used to take weeks to get serviced, then months, now no one answers the phone and no one returns calls. i have called and left messages at least 5 times over the last couple of months with absolutely no response. i guess they don't need any extra work. They should have courtesy to return calls."

"Overall very pleased, although it took a couple of months from start to finish (several missed deadlines). S and S owner had a large scale project he was working on at the same time, so my work kept getting pushed back. I did say I was pretty flexible with my schedule, but it got a little out of hand how long I had to wait. Still, I give them an A because the prices were so reasonable, all the workers were so courteous and hard working, and there was an effort to keep working until I was satisfied. I do wish my backyard was a more level and flat like I requested (I think it had to do with the fact that my 5 palettes of sod were put in two at a time and then the last one, as opposed to installing them all at once), but the retaining wall they put in is so slick and they were all so professional and respectful, I still have to give an A overall. The work was done about 9 months ago, and I think they were planning on re-organizing how they schedule work, so maybe their timing issues have been worked out."
