The selection was made and a date for measurement came very quickly thereafter. Once the Quartz counter top was fabricated, a date for installation was scheduled. The installers were very punctual and efficient. After the kitchen was remodeled, I decided to also remodel both of my bathrooms with new Granite counter tops. "Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
