From that master plan, we were able to narrow down and prioritize what we really wanted and with investment dollars that made sense based on the value of the house and neighborhood. Mark and his team (all employees - no contractors) were very very good. Mark was able to take our inspirational photos and images and translate that into the design and construction of the new area. Garrett came out as soon as i contacted him(that afternoon after he finished another project) and gave me the estimate for the work I needed help with. 2 days later, its fixed.
