Our company is family owned and operated. We offer free estimates. Our prices are rarely beat and our work is of the best quality. We usually have between 4 and 10 employees depending on how busy we are at the time. We have no problem acquiring extra employees if needed for a larger job. We will also take sub-contract work from another company. We do not sub jobs out to other companies, but we will complete jobs for other companies that are looking to sub work out. We ask for one-third of the total price up front so that we know the customer is serious about getting the work done. With this money we will use it to buy necessary materials and supplies to complete the job. If the customer mentions that they found our company on Angie's List there will be a 10% discount applied to the asking price to complete the job.

There were a few hiccups with scheduling, but the team was efficient, tidy, and true to their word about the length of the job. "Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"
