"We had Power Home Remodeling replace our roof in 2014, which had extensive mold damage. Salesmen were courteous and not pushy, and the installation went smooth as expected. With the covers we havent had to clean the gutters either. A 5 year inspection shows no water damage on the inside. Plus the house stands out on the street compared to other grey shingled roofs. This year we had windows replace in half of our home and they look pretty great. "I like Dean alot, he is personable and professional. He gave a decent price, showed up on time. He promised an additional warranty if I got the roof coated, which I did. At the time of applying the coating we discovered a problem with the original install which me promised to return and install a small gutter to repair the problem. He has not return and has not responded to my text. In trying to work with Dean's staff to fix this problem and Michele was extremely rude to me and called me demanding."
