"I have been working with Daniel and Barbara now for over 3 years. This is the only company in Texas I trust to work on the many rental homes I manage. As I am a remote property manager I can trust that they do the job right the first time. They always take great care in their work. They are honest, fair and exceptionally well priced. I highly recommend them to help you with just about any of your repair needs. Thank you Daniel and Barbara for all the great work you do for me! Carol Fedak Property Manager Marketplace Homes"

"The service did not work out very well at all. The individual came out and worked on the water softener for an extremely long period of time, which I didn't have a complaint about, but after he was done, the water softener was leaking internally. You could hear the water running. I called him back and I asked him what his recommendation was, and he asked me whether my water was soft, I said yes, so he said he was done. I wasn't asking him to come and fix it for free, I was asking if it was repairable, because he said he got into it and found out one of the ports was blocked, and he peeled off the calcium and showed it to me, but now it is working. I had one that was not working right, and now I have one that is not working at all. I called to find out if he could fix it, and he said that if the water was soft, he was done. I was not happy with that. I am now trying to find someone who can come and look at it and see if it is fixable or if I have to replace it. It wasn't too long after I purchased the big deal that they came out. They didn't charge us anything extra. I thought the price was about right. He worked extremely hard, other than the possible damage that he did. He responded very well, but he didn't want to follow up on it. I will not use him again in the future."

"We met with 3 contractors to quote work for roof replacement and complete replacement of our cedar siding on a late 70s home (original siding was rotting). Integrity was not the lowest price from the group. However, the high quality of their demonstrated properties, excellent service record, and great referrals encouraged us to contact with them. The estimates and work plan were thoroughly explained by their sales staff. Due to it being original siding, our home required customer cut cedar siding which their carpenters did to perfection. You couldn't tell it wasn't the original siding! They also handled painting and trim perfectly. The roof replacement was through insurance claims (we had hail damage). Their pricing was right in line with our insurance company, went very quickly, and we’ve had no issues since. It also matches well with the siding. When we're working in the yard, at least 10 different cars/passerby’s have asked us who did our siding and roof. Cars have stopped as well to admire the restoration work they did. Definitely recommend!"

"I called Paul’s Drywall after researching local drywall firms to include the BBB. Paul responded to our request for quote promptly and took the time to listen to our concerns and then walked us through how he would make the needed repairs. Paul’ team arrived on the date and time scheduled. The team members were extremely competent and professional. They were careful to cover and protect our furniture to prevent damage. Paul was in and out several times a day to check on the status of the project, and spend many hours personally working on some of the more difficult areas. He was very attentive to our concerns and ensured that we were satisfied with repairs. I have used several remodeling firms in the past, but Paul’s Drywall’s competence and professionalism far exceeds them all. I would definitely use Paul’s Drywall in the future, and would have no concern recommending his service to family and friends."

"Needed dryer vent cleaned. Requested quote. 10 minutes later received professional quote at reasonable price. Appointment set for 4 days later. Will was very professional and did an outstanding job. Over and above he reinstalled the dryer duct hose. Highly recommend."

"Great. Brenton exceeded my expectations. All work was done on time. My dining room which had water damage, now looks as good as new. Also, Brenton worked with my insurance company to reach an agreement on coverage."
