Our house was built in the 60's, so replacing a picture window is no easy task as the windows are built into the home and don't easily slide out. Alan knows his craft, and with his guidance, he and his crew accomplished a difficult job. The carport was covered in so many leaves etc., that it had a cactus growing out of it. Alan had that cleaned off within minutes. Sara, Alan's wife, takes care of the office and keeps things running smoothly. She is so sweet. She came by to bring Alan a tool he needed, and we went over some ideas for inside of our home. I think I'll be getting her opinion for an up coming project. :) ACB Services will be working on our home in the future. We are having them write up an estimate for the outside of our home as I write this review. Alan and Sara are an exceptional team. "The technician was very professional but I felt the repair was a bit dubious and very overpriced. My door hinge had pulled out of the wood on the door side. He simply put longer screws in the same holes the screws had pulled out of. I m worried the same thing will happen again as there s nothing to anchor them in. The entire thing took less than 10 minutes and he charged me $150. He did accommodate my schedule which is why I didn t say much, but please ask prices before you hire this company. I definitely had some sticker shock on what I feel was a slapdash repair."

The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas.
